Ring type Joint Gaskets are designed to seal High Pressure Application between the preformed grooves of the Matting Surfaces.

The sealing is initiated by the initial line contact or Compressive force between the flange surfaces. The Softer Gasket Materials with specified hardness lesser than Matting flange will flow into the imperfections of the flange with the help of bolt force and makes the sealing.

Due to the solid structure the Gasket will withstand high blow out pressure of the media.
